Delete your Matamim account

In the app

1. Open Matamim and go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

If you can't use the app, email support@matamim.org from the address of your account and ask to delete it. We'll delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What gets deleted

• Your account: your email, name and password.
• Your recipes and photos, from our servers and from the device you deleted from.
• Your team membership. If you host a team, it passes to its oldest Premium member, or is deleted if there's none.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Copies in backups are overwritten within a limited time.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
